The reason why I decided to write this post is because I feel that this restaurant is not known to many people and of course the food are not bad. The restaurant has 3 outlets in Johor Bahru. The two outlets which I usually visit are AEON Tebrau City Shopping Centre (usually crowded) and AEON Bukit Indah Shopping Centre (less crowded) This restaurant is a Hala Restaurant which means it does not serve pork. This restaurant is known for its steamboat, but you can also order its a la carte dishes. Above is a streamboat set for two pax. You can add more food with additional cost. If you are having the steam boat, you must have it with the restaurant's specially name chilli sauce! It is spicy but delicious! It spice up everything. Their pineapple fried rice is my favourite.
When I first ordered this dish, I was disappointed to see the rice to contain high amount of moisture, in another word, it is wet (usually I prefer fried rice that is dry.) However it's favour made it up for everything. It was very favourful. It was cooked with enough heat (chinese usually are particular about this) If you are someone who do not like salty food, this dish may not be for you. From the taste, I think that a lot of light soya sauce was used for this dish. The chilli sauce that came with the dish was delicious too. My choice (all dishes are savoury)
